The Audio Clip by Sirisha contains the main essence of the course. Task is to be written by you so that you can customize the course according to your child’s needs and your time and energy.
Though it takes not more than few minutes to do, it is very crucial that you do it as its help you to make this course your own and also benefit from it.
Bigger Picture gives you a bird’s eye view of the immediate and long-term benefits that you have by doing what you are supposed to do. In short, this session is your ‘go to’ place when the going gets tough with your little one!
It is recommended that you listen to the course consistently for three to four days before you take any action. You will start to see the results within 3-4 weeks or even before. But the fact remains as to how consistent you are in sticking to the new changes.
As if that is not enough there is so much information around that it only increases your stress let alone reduce it!
