Though they take not more than 30 -60 secs to do, it is very crucial that you do them as they help you to make this course your own. Bigger Picture gives you a bird’s eye view of the immediate and long-term benefits that you have by doing what you are supposed to do. How Long Should I Spend on Sound Sleepers?
It is recommended that you listen to the audio (session 1) consistently for three to four days before you take any action. You don’t need to put in endless hours of work. Thisis indeed supposed to guide you and bring your focuson to what happens to your child when asleep and what role you can play.
You only need to set aside around 20-30 minutes per day to listen to the audio and do or redo the task (session 2) as the need maybe.
