Task is the activity to be written by you so that you can customize the course according to your child’s needs and your time and energy. Though it takes not more than few minutes to do, it is very crucial that you do it as the Task helps you to make this course your own.
Bigger Picture gives you a bird’s eye view of the immediate and long-term benefits that you have by doing what you are supposed to do in the present. In short, this chapter is your ‘go to’ place when the going gets tough with your little one! It is recommended that you listen to the course consistently for three to four days before you take any action.
You will start to see the results within 3-4 weeks days or even before. But the fact remains as to how consistent you are in sticking to the new changes.
